Account Security & Responsibility

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

e3bet periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to its players. All offers are subject to their individual terms and to the general bonus policy described in this section. Players should read all applicable bonus conditions before accepting any promotional offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The required rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time. Stacking multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• e3bet reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of cancellation may forfeit those balances.

Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified. e3bet may, at its discretion, refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus found to have been claimed in violation of these terms.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use of e3bet's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these terms and may expose the infringing party to legal liability.

Account Termination & Suspension

e3bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions, including fair play violations, fraudulent activity, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe following a formal request from e3bet.
• Initiation of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal against a deposit made on e3bet without first exhausting the platform's internal dispute resolution process.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that are valid and verified will be processed. Bonus balances not yet subject to fulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Amendments to These Terms

The revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.
